User means any person who accesses or uses the Platform. 

Seller means a business or individual listing products for sale on the Platform. 

Customer means any person purchasing products through the Platform. 

2. Platform Description 

Cambo Warehouse operates as an online marketplace connecting sellers with customers. 

Services may include product listing, marketing, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery. 

Cambo Warehouse reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. 

3. User Eligibility 

Users must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into agreements, and provide accurate information. 

Accounts violating these requirements may be suspended or terminated. 

4. Seller Terms 

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, comply with applicable laws, ensure products are genuine and safe, and maintain sufficient inventory. 

Cambo Warehouse may remove listings that violate these terms. 

5. Commission and Fees 

Cambo Warehouse may charge sellers commissions or service fees. 

Fees will be communicated before listing or sale. 

The Company may modify fees with reasonable notice. 

6. Orders and Payments 

Orders placed on the platform are subject to acceptance by Cambo Warehouse. 

Payments may be processed by third‑party payment providers. 

The Company is not responsible for errors caused by these providers. 

7. Shipping and Delivery 

Delivery times are estimates only. 

Cambo Warehouse is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond control. 

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. 

8. Returns and Refunds 

Returns may be accepted if products are defective, incorrect, or significantly different from description. 

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 

Refunds follow the applicable payment provider policies. 

9. Prohibited Products 

The platform may not be used to sell illegal substances, counterfeit goods, weapons, stolen property, or items violating Cambodian law. 

Cambo Warehouse may remove prohibited listings. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All website content including logos, graphics, text, images, and software belongs to Cambo Warehouse or its licensors. 

Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambo Warehouse is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction. 

12. Indemnification 

Users agree to indemnify Cambo Warehouse against claims or damages arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third‑party rights. 

13. Account Termination 

Cambo Warehouse may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms without prior notice. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

Disputes shall be resolved in Cambodian courts.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
