s a blend of 5 fermented, super-hot chillies, prahok, tomatoes and
a sprinkling of palm sugar. Angkor Hot’ brings a fiery yet balanced depth to any
dish.  We source our chilies from Kampong Chhnang and Kampot regions, from small farms who use no pesticides.
