Harvest 2025! Kampot white pepper (premium quality) is less pungent than black pepper, it has an exquisite taste and delicate aroma with notes of fresh herbs and citrus.
Kampot white peppers should not be confused with white peppers from Vietnam, India, and other countries. The original Kampot white pepper does not have a "heavy" specific aroma.
Ideal for fish and seafood, veal and pork, poultry, salads, omelettes.
Freshly ground is the best way to bring out all facets of the flavor of Kampot pepper.
White pepper is obtained from yellow and orange berries, which are soaked in water for several days, then peeled and dried in the sun, the pepper acquires a light beige hue.
Red and white peppers are the rarest types of Kampot pepper due to the difficulty of harvesting ripe berries. These varieties of Kampot pepper are most appreciated by gourmets.
